Shipping and delivery

All UK orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail and tracking will be provided accordingly. Due to the nature of our manufacture and the time it takes to carefully make your order, you will receive a dispatch email up to 2 weeks after purchase. You will be notified of current lead times when completing your purchase. You will then receive your order 2-3 working days once your order has been made.

International Shipping and Customs

International shipping will be dispatched by either Royal Mail or DHL, depending on favourable rates for specific locations. LILI SELL offers worldwide shipping, however, please note that there may be additional duties/taxes upon delivery, depending on your specific location. LILI SELL is not responsible for any additional charges upon delivery, it will be the responsibility of the consumer. Import duties do vary, therefore we advise checking this before you order with us.

Refund and exchange policy

All of our products are carefully handmade just for you! Due to the nature of our made to order service, we do not issue any form of refund, therefore we kindly ask you to make a considered purchase when placing your order with us. If you have any specific questions or queries please get in touch before you place an order.

We hope that you will be thrilled with your new item, however if you are not satisfied with the fit of your garment you may exchange any standard styles for an alternative size, providing all original tags are still in tact and that the garment has not been worn. (Only applicable to our ready-to-wear Styles. This does not apply to any bespoke orders). Please note that If we are not satisfied with the condition of the garment upon return, we have the right to refuse the exchange.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please send an email to: info@lilisell.com. A member of the team will be in touch within 3 working days to outline the process. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure a safe return.
