Shipping and delivery
When you place an order with us you will be informed of the lead time for both manufacture and delivery. Once the production of your item is complete you will be notified and your product will be shipped to you using an express service (1-3 business days).
Refund and exchange policy
All of our products are carefully handmade just for you! Due to the nature of our made to order service, we do not issue any form of refund, therefore we kindly ask you to make a considered purchase when placing your order with us. If you have any specific questions or queries please get in touch before you place an order.
We hope that you will be thrilled with your new item, however if you are not satisfied with the fit of your garment you may exchange any standard styles for an alternative size, providing all original tags are still in tact and that the garment has not been worn. (Only applicable to our standard L Max Styles. This does not apply to any bespoke orders). Please note that If we are not satisfied with the condition of the garment upon return, we have the right to refuse the exchange.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please send an email to: info@lilisell.com. A member of the team will be in touch within 3 working days to outline the process. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure a safe return.
